I've spent eight years at the intersection of marketing thinking and operational discipline, managing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building the systems that make complex work run smoothly. I do my best work in structured, collaborative environments where thoughtful planning and clear communication drive results. I'm known for being autonomous, organized, and deeply committed to the people and teams I support.

My background spans $15M+ in campaign portfolios across 20+ national brands in restaurants, wellness, retail, and more. Earlier in my career I worked directly with franchisees across 60+ locations, so I understand both sides of every client relationship. I anticipate needs, make sense of ambiguous situations, and keep priorities on track even when things get complicated.

Outside of work, I'm creative and wellness-oriented. I paint, crochet, and explore new crafts, which keeps me curious, detail-focused, and brings steady energy to everything I do.

  • Owned $15M+ in campaigns end to end, from the first brief to the final report, across 15+ concurrent accounts
  • Evolved into a more strategic role over time, moving beyond execution to leading client strategy, shaping how campaigns were approached, and contributing to higher-level planning decisions
  • Applied customer segmentation and RFM analysis to sharpen targeting and improve campaign relevance, identifying opportunities the data was pointing to that hadn't been explored yet
  • Synthesized campaign performance into clear, decision-ready reports for senior leadership and client stakeholders

Process & Operations

Built a project management system from the ground up

Situation

When I joined, there was no PM system in place. Work was tracked inconsistently and leadership had no visibility into priorities or progress.

Action

I built a tracking system in Excel and launched weekly team meetings to create structure. As needs grew, I migrated us to Smartsheet and eventually Asana, driving adoption at each stage.

Result

Leadership gained visibility into project status they didn't have before. The team had clearer priorities each day and a consistent way to take on and track new work.

Client Relationship, Persistence

A 10-year client was at risk. Four months later, we had them back.

Situation

A restaurant client generating around $2M annually parted ways with their agency, which had been our primary contact. After a few follow-ups without a response, it became clear we needed to find another way in.

Action

I tracked down the new agency and spent 3 months building trust through repeated conversations about our history and data expertise. When another vendor failed, I coordinated internally to step in and resolve it within a month.

We got them back, for the crisis and for regular ongoing business. Both the client and new agency reached out personally to express their gratitude.

Segmentation & Data Strategy

Four years into acquisition success, I asked: what about the customers we already have?

Situation

A home services client had focused entirely on new customer acquisition for about 3 years. We had consistently hit and exceeded their goals, but I kept seeing untapped potential in the customers they already had.

Action

I introduced targeting known customers to upsell services and reactivate inactive ones. The trust built through consistently strong results gave me the credibility to get them to test it, even though they were hesitant at first.

Result

The new customer groups outperformed the existing acquisition groups by approximately 3x, successfully reactivating lapsed customers and improving RFM scores across the board. It opened up a full lifecycle dimension to their marketing strategy that hadn't existed before.
